WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Rapoo product is covered against manufacturing defects under the terms and conditions of this Limited Hardware Warranty for the following period.

  • Warranty is valid only on producing the valid purchase tax paid invoice with mentioned model name and serial number.
  • The Rapoo Care locations will only provide a Carry In/Return to Bench Services, which means, that in order to receive support or assistance with warranty claims, you must physically go to the Rapoo Care location. It is not possible to send products or arrange advance replacements by Rapoo Care.
  • User is required to visit nearby Rapoo Care Center along with defective product and valid proof of purchase for warranty claim.
  • According to RAPOO Limited Hardware Warranty, In the event of replacement, if same model is not available then equivalent value alternate model will be issued. Price of product will be referred as current market rate or user invoice rate, whichever is lower. If equivalent value alternate model not available, refund will be the last option.
  • Same color combination cannot be committed in the event of replacement. Customer will have to accept the replacement with available color combination in stock.
  • Obsolete or discontinued products that are defective and under warranty will be replaced with the same product, if available. Otherwise, it will be replaced with a product of equivalent or better functionality.
  • Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • In case of any damage to the product / customer abuse/ repairs by un-authorized personnel’s / misuse detected by the Rapoo Care personnel, the warranty will be considered void and shall also not be applicable to warranty terms & conditions.
  • In case of transportation damage/missing i.e., product(s) couriered by dealer/ end user to Rapoo Care, we shall not be responsible for it and unable to serve such cases.
  • If the warranty replacement product is not available at the Rapoo Care location, you may be requested to return at a later time to collect the warranty replacement product. In this case the Rapoo Care will provide detailed information when you will be able to collect the warranty replacement product and once it will be available you will notify through phone call or auto SMS.
  • The warranty does not cover any accessories external to the equipment’s like the Batteries, Battery cover, Cable etc.
  • Out of warranty & Critical cases will be accepted for repairing only and under condition bases i.e., if the product can’t be repaired it will be returned back to customer.

THIS WARRANTY is not applicable in any of the following conditions and the company reserves the right to refuse to replace/repair / service any product(s) if,

  • The original purchase invoice is not presented to Company’s authorized Care Center’s personnel during request.
  • Any defect raises due to water seepage inside the product or battery leakage etc.
  • The original serial number of the product is not intact or tampered/removed/covered in part or in full.
  • The defects are caused due to improper usage or handling of the product which shall be determined by the Company authorized (Rapoo Care) personnel.
  • The product is damaged, opened or tried/attempted for repair or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • The defects caused due to causes beyond control like lightening, abnormal high voltage, and any component burn due to that, electrical short circuits, acts of God, terrorism, fire, floods, earthquake, etc.

The warranty is issued at New Delhi and Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters covered or flowing from this warranty.
